Mindfulness

Cultivate presence through meditation, breathwork, and conscious awareness practices that keep bringing your attention back to the present moment.

Attention, trained

Mindfulness is the practice of noticing where your attention is and returning it, over and over. Meditation, breathwork, and body scans are all ways of running that same repetition.

The goal is not an empty mind. The mind wanders. Noticing that it wandered and coming back is the entire exercise, and it's the part that builds.

Breath, wherever you are

Breathing runs on its own, and you can also take it over and pace it yourself. Box breathing, extended exhales, and slower breath rates are practices you can run anywhere, including in a meeting or a hard conversation.

What a practice looks like

Five to ten minutes, same time each day, same chair. There is no need to start with 45 minutes, and a wandering mind is not a failure.
