Weeks 1 and 2
Preparation
A written intake, then a 75-minute assessment call. In week 2, a 60-minute session covering your intention, your baseline, and your practice set.
12 weeks of one-to-one support for people in technology whose stress hasn't let up in years. You run a 6-week microdosing protocol. I hold the structure around it: preparation before, practice alongside, and integration after.
Engineers, architects, SREs, and technical founders.
You're competent, and you're tired. You can hold four systems in your head at once, and you can't put any of them down at 10pm.
Some of you have microdosed on your own already. You got a good month out of it and then drifted, because you took the substance and skipped the practice.
Nervous system regulation. Breath, movement, orienting, and one specific practice each week.
Microdosing changes how those practices land. The practices are what make any of it last.
Your practice set comes from Qigong and the nervous system methods in my training, and we build it around you in week 2.
The protocol is 6 weeks. The support around it is 12: 2 weeks of preparation, 6 alongside the protocol, and 4 of integration after.
My training puts most of the practitioner's work in that last stretch, and this structure follows it.

Weeks 1 and 2
A written intake, then a 75-minute assessment call. In week 2, a 60-minute session covering your intention, your baseline, and your practice set.
Weeks 3 to 8
A 30-minute check-in each week, one per theme, following the arc taught in my certification:
If a check-in needs an hour, it gets one. One extra 60-minute session is available during these weeks at no charge.
Weeks 9 to 12
Four 60-minute sessions after the protocol ends. This is where most of the durable work happens. Week 12 ends with a written close.
9.25 hours of scheduled one-to-one in total, plus a daily tracker I read before every call.
Things you can point to.
What I'm after is narrower than it sounds: that you can notice when you're activated, and have two or three things you do about it that work in your body.
Standard price $2,400
The assessment call is $200 on its own, credited in full against the program if we go ahead. If I refer you out, that $200 bought 75 minutes of my full attention and a written referral, and nothing further is owed.
The investment for the program is $1,750, split into two bi-weekly payments of $875: one due at signing, and the second at the start of week 3, when the protocol begins. If you prefer to take care of it all upfront, the Pay-in-Full discount brings the total down to a single payment of $1,500. Either way, the assessment is credited against what you pay at signing.
If either of us decides by the end of week 2 that this is the wrong fit, everything you've paid beyond the assessment comes back to you.
The discovery call is free, and so is being told this isn't for you. Substances aren't included.
I'm a coach. I'm not a doctor, a therapist, or a licensed mental health provider, and this isn't therapy or medical treatment.
I don't provide, source, sell, transport, or help you get any substance. I don't recommend substances, and I don't give dosing guidance. I won't be present for anything that's illegal where it takes place. Medication questions go to your prescriber. Every decision about whether, when, where, and with whom is yours.
Most psychedelics remain controlled substances under federal law. I don't supply, recommend, or encourage their use, and I work with people who've already made that decision for themselves.
I don't promise an outcome. This work is uncomfortable in places, and people often feel worse before they feel better. If what you need is outside what I do, I'll say so and help you find the right person.
I answer email within one business day. I don't do calls or texts between sessions unless we've agreed to it ahead of time.
I'm not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or go to an emergency room, and then tell me.
You'll need to be 18 or older, not in crisis, and willing to answer the intake honestly.
Some medications and conditions need a doctor's clearance first, and a few rule this work out. The application walks through them before it asks you for anything, and nothing you read there is recorded.
22 years in enterprise infrastructure. I know the people this is for because I'm one of them.
I ran this protocol myself and kept the tracker every day. I'll ask the same of you.
Qigong and Chinese medicine are what I credit with getting my ulcerative colitis into remission and ending years of panic attacks. That's my experience, and I'm careful not to turn it into a claim about yours.
The application. Several minutes, across four short screens. It tells me whether a conversation makes sense.
A discovery call. 30 minutes, free. Some people get referred out at this point, and that costs nothing.
An intake form. You return it 48 hours before the assessment.
The assessment call. 75 minutes, $200, credited against the program. At the end I tell you plainly whether I want to work with you and what happens next.
